Waste, redesigned for the built world.

Transforming Urban Coffee Waste into Premium Acoustic Architecture.

The problem

A waste stream hiding in plain sight.

Every day, cafes and institutions send tonnes of heavy, methane-producing spent coffee grounds to landfill. At the same time, commercial interiors rely on fiberglass and formaldehyde-laden MDF acoustic panels. Brewcycle closes that loop.

01

Coffee is served

Cafes and institutions generate a steady stream of spent coffee grounds.

02

Waste goes to landfill

The dense organic material becomes a methane-producing waste burden.

03

We close the loop

The waste stream becomes a premium input for better building materials.

Our products

One feedstock. Two material systems.

Our product pathway puts spent coffee grounds to work in architectural interiors and cementitious materials.

Pilot program

A practical first step for municipalities.

A turnkey spent-coffee-ground collection pilot designed for zero disruption — run locally by our Pickering team.

1

Municipal SCG collection pilot

A turnkey pilot connecting local coffee waste to local material innovation.

2

Letters of support

Support for Brewcycle's cleantech grant applications.

3

Grant guidance

Direction on green-manufacturing programs for a pre-revenue Pickering manufacturer.

How the collection pilot works

  1. Odor-sealed bins are placedSimple, contained collection at participating locations.
  2. Pickups follow a scheduleHandled by Brewcycle's local Pickering team.
  3. The material enters our processSpent grounds become feedstock for circular building materials.
  4. Impact is documentedCertificates of Sustainability and quarterly ESG reports show exact diverted tonnage.
